By accessing or using WaiAN ("the Service"), operated by Wander, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WaiAN is an AI-powered travel concierge dedicated exclusively to Bali tourism. Users may plan trips through a conversational chat interface. The AI generates structured itineraries with real location data sourced from Google APIs.
Scope limitation: WaiAN strictly covers Bali tourism. The AI will decline requests unrelated to Bali travel or tourism.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WaiAN. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at wahyu@wsrajasa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
WaiAN offers the following subscription plans, each with defined monthly limits:
Monthly reset: usage counters reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused allowances do not carry over.
Extra credits: users may purchase additional AI reply credits or itinerary credits that are not subject to monthly reset and do not expire. Credits are consumed after the monthly allowance is exhausted.
Rate limiting: to prevent abuse, each account is limited to 20 AI requests per minute regardless of plan.
All subscription fees and credit purchases are charged in USD. Prices are listed excluding applicable taxes.
No refunds: due to the digital and immediate nature of the Service, all purchases (subscription fees and extra credits) are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Pricing changes: we reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. For active paid subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle with at least 30 days notice. For free users, pricing changes may take effect immediately without notice.
WaiAN's itineraries and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information (including opening hours, prices, addresses, and availability) before making bookings or travel decisions. Wander is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree not to:
The WaiAN platform, branding, and underlying code are owned by Wander. Itineraries you generate are yours to use for personal travel planning. You may not claim ownership of the AI model, platform, or its outputs as your own product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of WaiANafter changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made.
